Holly Elissa Bruno, MA, JD, author, professor, keynote speaker and radio host describes herself as a “recovering attorney”.
She served as Assistant Attorney General for the state of Maine and Assistant Dean at the University of Maine School of Law. While working as Associate Professor and Dean of Faculty at the University of Maine-Augusta, Holly Elissa was selected as “Outstanding Professor”.
She is an alumna of Harvard University’s Institute for Educational Management. She teaches leadership and management courses nationwide for Wheelock College.

Ms. Dailey has been involved in commercial real estate, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and business valuations for 20 plus years.
Ms. Dailey started DAILEY Enterprises, Inc. in 1995 to provide Business Brokerage, Valuation, and Consulting services to small to medium sized companies in North Carolina. Ms. Dailey has assisted with hundreds of business transfers, valuations, business enhancements, and business consulting projects. Ms. Dailey is an experienced executive with in-depth training and knowledge in all aspects of small to medium sized businesses, including finance, management, operations, sales, marketing and accounting. In 2007 Ms. Dailey founded Solutions 4 Child Care and ChildCareOwner in 2010, to focus on helping child care center owners with “The Business Side of Child Care.”

Stephanie Torrez
Stephanie is a Commercial Insurance Agent. She joined the Dare Insurance Agency in 2004, following successful careers (11 years) in both sales and education. In high school she worked as an assistant teacher in a Child Care center. After attending Appalachian State University and earning the “Honor Teacher” award for North Carolina; Stephanie went on to teach First Grade at Wayside Elementary in Statesville, NC and First and Second Grade at Idlewild Elementary in Charlotte, NC. She writes insurance for child care centers and private schools in both NC and SC.

Crystal Varner
Crystal Varner has over 17 years of education experience from Early Childhood Education Teacher to District Manager. She has 7 years classroom experience, as well as 10 years childcare supervisory and financial experience, which includes 8 years multi-site experience. Ms. Varner has worked in privately owned childcare, corporate childcare, non-profit childcare and most recently an ISD with 14 years experience in traditional childcare and over 3 years experience in school-age programs. Having worked in childcare centers in South Carolina, North Carolina and Texas and having dealt with many situations Crystal is familiar with several State Licensing and Health Department regulations.
