How to I place an ad ?
First you must register – Click the Register button in the top right hand corner of page. We’ll email you a password. Login with your password and then click the ‘Post an Ad’ and enter in your details. The more detailed your ad the better.
I didn’t get a password emailed to me upon registration
You may need to check your junk mail folder.
How much does it cost?
The cost and time length of ad is listed on the Advertise Page. When posting your ad, you will select the cost and ad length options.
How long does a listing/ad last?
Listings last the length of time selected when initially posting the ad.
How do I contact an advertiser?
Click the Contact Tab located beside the ad, compete information and advertiser will be emailed. Or, you may contact the advertiser by telephone if the number is included in the ad.
Can I place multiple ads?
Yes, but all ads must be for child care products or services.
How do I remove or edit my ad?
Login - then click ‘Dashboard’ at the top of the page. From your dashboard you can manage all your ads.
Can I place feedback on a ad?
Yes. Use the comment box at the bottom of the ad page if provided by the advertiser.
Why is the map on my listing not showing correctly?
The likely cause is that you have made a typo in the name or have been too specific.
I’ve spotted an ad that looks inapproriate or not related to child care – can I report it?
Yes. Use the contact form and provide the Ad Reference ID Number.
