Timeline and Development Fees
Step # 1 Initial Telephone Consultation - call us to discuss your goals, ideas and website needs. We’ll share with you our ideas and experience. The initial call will only take about 30 minutes. You’ll pick a site template and site colors. We’ll send you an invoice for 50% of the site design fee that can be paid online or by check.
Step # 2 Week One – after we receive your payment we will set up your domain name and load the basic website design. We will add your text and photos. If you would like, we can provide free stock child care photos for your site.
Step # 3 Week Two – you will view the site and submit a list of changes. We’ll make the changes. We’ll send you an invoice for the balance due for website design.
On-Going Maintenance – the webmasters at Child Care Owner will maintain your site each month. You may submit any changes or additions you would like and during your scheduled monthly maintence we’ll make the changes.
NOTE: The development timeframe is based on us receiving from you, your text, photes, and other content that is to be used on your website. If you need help creating your content, let us know and we will provide you with a quote for that service.
