Best Location for your Monument Sign

Zoning restrictions usually have setbacks that require your building and its signage to be located a far distance from the road.
To maximize your visibility, use the largest sign your ordinances will allow. If that still doesn’t give you enough visibility, consider building the sign on a raised earth berm.
Turning the sign perpendicular to the street also makes it easier for drivers to read as they pass your parking lot driveway.
Another way to get your sign noticed is to add a flag pole nearby, the movement of the flag in the wind will get passerby’s attention.
