How are you getting back on track with your child care business Exit Plan?

We have been taking a fresh look at our child care business. We have reworked our financial projections for the next three years.

We had our child care business valued and spoke with a local commercial RE Broker about the market value of our building.
We are looking at refinancing our building and taking out some extra money so we can do some updates, put in an outdoor classroom and other improvements. We feel like it will take us about three years to regain enrollments and profits.
So, our exit timeline will probably get pushed a few years.😏

You maybe surprised at how quickly you will be able to get back-on-track and rebuild your child care enrollment and revenues.
From a value standpoint, we are not seeing a tremendous decline in the multiples so far. And, we anticipate that multiples and values of child care businesses will happen – most likely during the second half of 2021.

I do not know how to get back on track. I have no time to look at Exit Planning; I am spending almost all day in a classroom.
I had planned to exit my child care business in the next twelve months but will have to push that into the future.😟
